whoever here said no, either hasn't studied medicine or didn't pay attention in their physiology/pathophysiology classes. there is a condition called "Galactorrhea" in which men can lactate milk. it is usually caused from imbalances in certain hormones, especially hypersecretion of the hormone Prolactin, or even prolactinomas, which are prolactin secreting tumors. But the answer is Yes, they can lactate. Whether or not they can feed their own babies is a different story, if a man is lactating, most likely it's probably not enough milk to nourish the infant. if you have any questions, email me personally.

sure, and surely extra easy than maximum understand. often young people will lactate slightly has hormone stages selection, maximum could be conscious in elementary terms a tiny white crusty residue on their nipples, others may even see extremely moist spots and a few adult males will actually drip milk for some days. adult males have been huge-unfold to lactate while their better halves lactate while they have given beginning- no person extremely is prevalent with why it happens.

The phenomenon of male lactation in humans has become more common in recent years due to the use of medications that stimulate a human male's mammary glands. Though human males have nipples, it is not so often understood that they also have mammary glands. Ordinarily the mammary tissue is low in volume and cannot be noticed. Under the appropriate hormonal stimulus—the hormonal stimulus that nature provides to human females when they become pregnant and give birth—the mammary glands of human males can also produce milk. The volume of milk produced is low relative to that of a lactating female. Male lactation has, in some cases, commenced without hormonal treatments as well.

yes, with the proper balance of hormones & chemicals, it has happened.
men & women have the same tissue there, men's just isn't developed.
you DO know that the parts of the breast that creates milk are just specialized sweat glands.

No, Men don't have the appropriate glands in order to lactate.

Although Arnold Schwarzenegger did give birth in that one movie - maybe he could :)

Yes - technically males can. (The proverbial hardware is there for it, so to speak.)

Normally, the testosterone blocks the lactation, though.
