Did you forget that you posted this once, one month ago? Also, as a self-proclaimed atheist, why would you say "My fellow Christians?" Unless you've changed your ways and beliefs, in which case, I must say congratulations!
I'm sorry to say that I don't agree with your statement that you have never sinned. Believe in one God -> He commands us to do this, and as an atheist, you refused to do so. I don't know you personally, but I do know that you've at least broken this one very important commandment from God. Jesus was born and died sinless, none other like Him.. so unless you're trying to tell us that you are in fact God Himself (and yes, we were promised His second coming!)... then I'd have to disagree with you, and I wonder why you would even make a statement like this?
In answer to your question, no I have not lived a sin free life, although I try my best.
God bless!

Before I go to confession, I ask the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
1) in order to see sin as the Lord see sin
2) to realize the affront this sin is to God
3) to sorrow for having ever offended Him in any way.
4) to take the punishment for the sin.
5) to make an effort to "sin no more"
A good indicator that you are a sinner is to listen to what others around you tell you about yourself. Your family and friends won't mince words.
If you have never sinned, as St John Vianney, who did not know evil until he began hearing confessions, then you are indeed unique and blessed, and someone after whom we should model our lives.

Remember the prostitute ? And the LORD JESUS said "Whoever has not sinned should pick the first stone"', and they all walked away one by one. The Tenth Commandment: "You shall not covet your neighbor's house. You shall not covet your neightbor's wife. or his manservant or maid-servant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor" (including his shoes, his suit, his car, his gold watch, his pen, his tie). Have you still not sinned ever ? Or broken any of the TEN COMMANDMENTS ?
Have you kept the Fourth Commandment ? "Remember the Sabbath day (SATURDAY) by keeping it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the LORD your GOD. On it you shall not do any work neither you, nor your son or daughter, ,nor your manservant or maidservant, nor your animals, nor the alien within your gates. For in six days, the LORD made the heavens and all that is in them, but HE rested on the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and made it HOLY". The TEN COMMANDMENTS were written to last FOREVER. OUR LORD JESUS came to fulfill the TEN COMMANDMENTS. OUR LORD JESUS died on the CROSS so that when I kneel down and pray and beg for forgiveness the BLOOD HE shed on the CROSS washes away my sins. SALVATION IS A GIFT, NO ONE SHOULD BOAST.

I am a Dedicated Christian..And I Do MY BEST to live a good Clean and Pure life...But the simple fact is this....THERE WAS ONLY "ONE" PERFECT MAN TO WALK THIS EARTH WITHOUT SIN..... AND HIS NAME WAS JESUS You saying you are a christian and telling me you have never sinned and fallen short of the glory of God...Is a Lie..... And that is a sin..To think of yourself in re-guard to not having sin in your life is a sin..... YOU my friend Sin every single day.... Otherwise you would never ever need prayer..... You really need to reevaluate your thinking in how God is Looking at you and NOT Man.....

I'm not a Christian....but if I can attain the perfection that you have managed to attain....I must know how you've accomplished this.
Which particular denomination of Christianity should I consider? Or....is that sarcasm? Oh! You had me there for a second!

The 10 commandments are guidelines. Sin is whatever separates you from god.
