It kind of sounds like he is bow legged. My daughter has the same problem and when I went to her doctor he said that her legs may straighten out in time. He said that in the mean time make sure she does not sit on top of her feet and put a good pair of walking shoes on her (he recommended high tops).

Ask your doctor, my son has something similar, both his feet turn inward. He needed special shoe inserts. Your doctor could set you up with child development and they'd take care of any thing he might need. Such as evaluations, orthopedist, exc...

you just need to have him evaluated by some professional. I wouldnt trust anyones oppinion here on the internet.. this is your precious child we are talking about.. there could be a 100 difference reasons why this is happening to your child..
