Gambling isn't always a losing game. Poker is a game that can be played profitably since you aren't playing against the house. Blackjack can be a moneymaker for the player if you can count cards. Online if you follow guides like those on http://www.ultimatepokerbankroll.com those bonuses will often lose the poker site money if you clear them and then cash out.

In 99% of players, they don't play profitably so the casinos will ALMOST always make money. Just not every single case.

Not everyone loses when they go to the casino. You do have plenty of people that win. Alot of people also go to the casinos for the entertainment, food, and some of the casinos even give out free drinks. I have had alot of luck at the casinos, I dont win everytime I go but I have won my fair share. It is something that I really enjoy, it is alot of fun. You just have to be careful and have a little self-control.
