I'm real skinny and need to work ou. Tips???

Everyday go for a run about 4.8km or 2.4km if you can... and do more sit-up and kick boxing... =X

Do push-ups,chin-ups,sit-ups and all other exercises that used free weight.Build you upper strength forst before you could hit the gym.Im skinny too(well,not really that skinny,muscular but in smaller frame).I got my muscle toned forst before i could bulk up since i cant gained weight fast.

Well........ i think you should do some push ups, sit ups, and tricep dips. Strengthen your arms and stomach that way first and then you can hit the weight room. So some jogging too, that will strengthen your legs :D
