no. why did u ask? because the water didn't finish isnt it?
well, it is the natural cycle of water that earth supply us.
it works like this, when it is hot (day) the sunlight evaporates water from our laundry, puddles, sea, river or any other open water sources. then the evaporated water rise to the sky, which is much colder, and form clouds. as the cloud become heavier, it falls down as rain. rain fall to the ground and seep and find its way back to the sea or any waterbody..

Natural lakes were formed by the melting of glaciers. :)

Some small lakes are man-made (filled-in quarries) but that's about it.
