I am in the restaurant business and the best selling cocktail for the last ten years has been the Bloody Caesar. Rub a wedge of lemon around the rim of the glass and shake salt on it. Squeeze the lemon wedge into the glass with ice and add Mott's extra spicy clamato juice and an ounce of vodka. Garnish with a celery stick.

When I was a drinking person I used to be fond of a drink called Velvet Hammer. You get a bottle of Guinness Stout or Old Peculiar oatmeal stout and you pour the chilled tulip glass half full, then you get a bottle of dry champagne (Freixenet is good for this) and you pour the rest of the way to fill the glass. These go down so smooth and are so good you will get hammered without knowing; next thing you know: you are blitzed.

Also I like very much the Kamikaze Martini:

Vodka chilled almost frozen
Japanese Plum wine
Sour Japanese plum pickle on a toothpick

Chilled glass

Pour in the almost frozen vodka 1 oz or 2 oz

2 tablespoons or more of Plum wine
Do not stir or shake the wine will kind of float on the top

Yippers this is soooo good.

It's called a Dreamsicle...It is 1 ounce vanilla schnapps, 6 ounces orange juice and 2 tablespoons cream...if the vanilla schnapps isn't working for you they can also be made with Malibu rum! It honestly doesn't taste like it has any alcohol at all so it is great if you don't like that burning feeling! Be careful though...like I said it doesn't taste like alcohol so you can get real drunk real quick without realizing it!

Margarita. Squeeze one lime and one orange. Add 2 shots cheap tequila, half a shot of sugar water(the kind you buy at the liqueur store). Mix. Rub the rim of a Margarita glass with lime and dip in course salt, fill with ice cubes and Margarita.

If you want to get fancy, soak some crushed cilantro in the lime juice overnight and add to your Marquita. Tasty.
