You have a loose nut, and at the same time, you are screwed.
Nobody believes you on this, hatred instigator, get your facts straight.
I used to be an agricultural worker, and didn't make but 40.00 a week in a bad time, on my best week I made 120.00, the farmer provided the room to stay, along with other 15 of his workers, but I still had to buy my own food and cover my needs.

Who makes them pay any set amount? There is minimum wage, and there is whatever amount farmers who are illegally hiring immigrants will pay to have them.

The closest to truth on that one is when cash is paid in lieu of benefits. Cost to employer is not greater.
