You are one of the fortunate people that have a healthy metabolism -calories are burned up but I beat you're below 18 but wait once you hit 20 that stops so consider before you get there and start having problems when your metabolism will slow down to learn now what to do ,like eat healthy and hopw to be active without actually exercising-dancink,skating,fun stuff. Ectomorph: An ectomorph should concentrate on gaining weight in the form of good lean muscle tissue (some women that are too thin may also want to put on a little fat to look more feminine). Weight training should be done but not too often or for too long each session. Weight should be fairly heavy and workout pace slower (longer rest periods between sets). Diet should be high in calories (good quality food not junk) and you should eat more then you're used to and often. Aerobic and other activities (sports, dancing, etc.) should be kept to a minimum, at least until you are happy with your weight and looks.

Depending on your age I think it will eventually catch up with you. When I was in my early-mid 20s I could eat all Iwant and not gain a pound. Everyone told me it would change when I hit my 30s. I was thinking "yeah, right"...but it was true. Since about 28 years old, I have gained about 15 pounds (I'm 31 now).
It's hard because I have never had to work out before. Myabe if you get into mild activity, it wont be as bad as you age. Get your body used to exercise.

O.K I am the same way all my friends are like " you eat so much junk food... and yet you are so thin"... And I ask why is that and they think it is because you have a big metabolism. and don't eat to much junk eat some healthy food because you don't want to be unhealthy when you get older

you must have a very fast metobilism. My friends like that. Don't complain, some actually have to work for there bodies.

P.S. If you start losing weight rapidly, and find that your eyes are bulging out, your pulse is fast, your very high, you have difficulty sleeping! Consult a doctor!!! You could have hyper thyroid! I do, and it can be very serious.

Maybe you just have a high metabolism. However be aware of the fact that you could cause yourself some major problems down the road...heart problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol....all of which you can die from from. Take better care of yourself, just because you don't gain any weight from it doesn't mean it's not doing any damage!

u have a high metabislism like myself but I do excercise sometimes and eat alright but most def. dont diet cuz that is just gay! Some people are just gifted with the high metablism like others have very low metablism and excercise alot and try to stay skinny but get fat! lol
