for some reason, today my cat is in alot of pain on the left side of his stomach! i picked him up and he was screaming! i gave him a bath because i saw some soap on his side, -i was washing dishes- hes dry but still in pain! what the hell happened?!

Hi Bianca...there are many possibilities as to why your kitty may be in pain. It's difficult to provide an accurate answer without an actual exam because anything could be a contributing factor to the pain such as innocent as a fall, gastrointestinal parasites, accidental ingestion of a foreign object, etc. Please consider ringing your vet so they can evaluate your kitty and treat him respectively as this could be something of concern.

Some of those other answers are really awful and you should not listen to them.
He could have fallen or it could be something worse. I would contact my vet ASAP if he is in that much pain. It does not sound like you done something wrong, but I would get the cat to the vet.

He may have been kicked. Or kidney problems. Check his urine(color and smell). And if things don't get better in a couple of days go to the vet.

Take him to the animal doctor, He could have a blockage or something . Do not belief that guy saying you did that to him. If he goes outside something could of happen to him

it could have a hernia. which is very painful. my dog has one right where his belly button would be. (he is a chihuahua) its about quarter size. all the vet did was give him some pain killlers.

If an outdoor car, he may of got hit by a car, maybe a cracked rib, whatever it is - he has got to go to the Vet...

I'm sorry to say,but your cat is very sick. The only thing to do is put it out of it's misery or drop it off out in the country so you don't have to watch it suffer. Good Luck. Your friend in Jesus. Aaron
