These are just suggestions, I don't know your budget but if you are planning a trip this early then I am thinking you are willing to save up for it and make it a memorable weekend for her.
Take her to the closest major city in your area and get the best hotel room you can afford, preferably on a higher floor because you get better views.
If you want, buy her a new outfit and take her out to dinner in it. This will make her feel pretty.
Plan other activities like the movies or see if anything is playing in your city, like comedy shows, ect. Take her interests into consideration and use your best judgement.
The most important quality to a romantic night isn't what you do, but how you feel. Put effort into telling her how beautiful she looks, how lucky you feel to be with her, and recall to her your favorite memories of her. Make her feel special and it won't matter exactly how much money you spent. Show her that you put some thought into planning a special weekend for her.
Of course, make plans for the hotel room at the end of the night. You can call the hotel and ask them to place rose petals on the bed for you while you are out to dinner. Make sure you have a CD player with her favorite music in the room ready to go. You know what the next step is.
Don't try to lay on the romantic stuff too thick though, women can see through that. Be yourself, not Casanova. You don't have to do all of the things listed above if you cannot afford it - I'm just giving you inspiration. Good luck!

Write her a letter inside a romantic looking blank card (or one you make yourself) telling her how you feel about her. This will be the best gift you can give her. Or label an envelope..."Why I love ......" and inside on separate pieces of paper write down things you love about her.
Go star gazing if the night is clear.
Roast marshmellows in the backyard fireplace or barbecue.
Make a time capsule together.
Have an indoor picnic, with a blanket on the floor.

I loved Balboa park and the walk with all the museums there's a touch fountain section close to the former Globe theater it really is extremely beautiful and there is an outstanding searching eating position that people are turning out to be married at on the balcony/patio section Then there is continually the motel Del Coronado on Coronado Island. i replaced into married there on the coastline. *** purely be confident you get a map and ask her what she'd favor to do. There are a gazillion places to flow round San Diego, have interesting!

I can't give you specific places but research what is around where you live. My suggestion would be to find a nice chalet or some place that has a fireplace so you can have nice fires at night and snuggle by the fire. Have a nice dinner at a fancy restaurant where you can both dress up really nice (Women love to look nice for their man and they love it when their man gets all primped for them). Do something you both enjoy, whether thats skiing or snowboarding or snowshoeing in the mountains. Just make sure there is lots of "you" time.

Put a lot of thought into it. Whatever you do, as long as it's heartfelt, she will love every minute of it.
