okay i have a boyfriend and he's a real nice guy but when i'm hugging him i always feel that he feels weird around me because of the way he acts around me. I was thinking that the reason why he acts this way is because he has never been in a real physical relationship with anyone before, is my theory right or wrong? what do you think?

I woud have to ask what type of family he comes from? Are they an affectionate family? Have you ever seen him be affectionate towards another person, or another person towards him? If so, does he act the same way? Based on my previous experience, if they are not comfortable with it now, its not going to change. Think about if you want to build a relationship with someone who won't return your affection, not because he doesn't care, just because he's not that kind of person. Honey, it gets old real quick!

If this behavior is new and he didn't do it before, I'd question whether something was wrong. If this is how he is, you can probably talk to him about it and it wont be a big deal.

I was thinking that he might be homosexual. Or he might be cheating on you, and feeling guilty.

Why don't you get him comfortable, if possible, in a setting where he feels at ease, and then ask him to be honest with you? Honest about his feelings, I mean.

i think your right! he prolly isnt used to the fact of having a girlfriend, and he just has to get used to the fact that its not just him anymore that he has to worry about. And he'll need sometime to adjust but it'll be worth it. hopefully for you it wont take that much time! goodluck and give it time!

If he has never had sex, he must be very shy about it and this may come off as weird behaviour but in reality it could be fear.
