sounds like maybe a prolapsed bowel or intestines. DANGEROUS. Anytime you have bleeding that is the body's way of saying it needs attention right away.
Go to the docs immediately ,and on the way be calling a lawyer because any doctor who could let this go is just begging for a lawsuit.

HELLO??? HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF 9-1-1???? GET HER TO THE E.R. NOW!!!!! Good grief I cannot even begin to tell you the different sort of problems that could be wrong with your sister. GET IN THE CAR RIGHT NOW AND AND GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A CAR CALL FOR AN AMBULANCE. Rectal bleeding can be a sign of many serious problems, and is a problem in and of itself. This should not wait any longer!
