Snickers Bar
1 tablespoon plus 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoo vanilla
2 tablespoons peanut butter
dash of salt
3 cups powdered sugar
35 unwrapped Kraft caramels
1 cup dry-roasted unsalted peanuts
Two 12-ounce bags milk chocolate chips
With the mixer on high speed, combine 1 tablespoon water, corn syrup, butter, vanilla, peanut butter, and salt until creamy. Slowly add the powdered sugar.
When the mixture has the consistency of dough, remove it from the bowl with your hands and press it into a lightly greased 9X9 in pan. Set in the refrigerator.
Melt the caramels in a small pan with 1/4 cup water over low heat.
When the caramel is soft, mix in the peanuts. Pour the mixture over the refrigerator nougat in the pan. Let this cool in the refrigerator.
When the refrigerated mixture is firm, melt the chocolate over low heat in a double boiler or in a microwave oven set on high for 2 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time.
When the mixture in the pan has hardened, cut it into 2X1 inch sections.
Set each chunk onto a fork and dip into the melted chocolate. Tap the fork against the side of the bowl or pan to knock off any excess chocolate. Then place the chunks on waxed paper to cool at room temperature (less than 70F). This could take several hours but the bars will set best this way. You can speed up the process by placing the bars in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

No, however here is a recipe for Snickers Pie. I've had it before and it is yummy but really unhealthy. However you probably already guessed that one ;)
Snickers Pie
12 servings
CRUST
1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
1 TBS sugar
6 TBS unsalted butter melted
Heat oven to 350. Combine ingredients and press into a buttered 9" glass
pie pan. Bake about 5 min. Cool on rack. Maintain oven temp.
FUDGE LAYER
6 TBS flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 c unsalted butter (cut in pieces)
4 oz semisweet choc. chopped
1 oz unsweetened choc. chopped
1/2 cup sugar
1 lg egg
1 lg egg yolk
1 tps vanilla extract
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into medium bowl. Combine butter and
chocolates in a double boiler and stir until melted and smooth. Cool
slightly. Using and electric mixer beat sugar, egg and egg yolk in a
medium bowl until slightly thickened. Add vanilla and cooled chocolate
mixture and mix until well blended. Add dry ingredients and mix until just
combined. Pour into crust and bake until almost set ( about 17 min.) Cool
on rack for 10 min.
Cut up about 8 1/2 oz Snicker's bars and place on fudge layer.
CREAM CHEESE LAYER
10 oz cream cheese, room temp.
1/3 c sugar
1 lg egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
With an electric mixer, combime cheese and sugar, add egg and vanilla and
beat until smooth. Spread mixture over Snicker's and bake for about 15
min. or until set. Cool on rack.
Melt 2 oz milk chocolate and 2 TBS whipping cream to drizzle on top. Ref.
and serve chilled.
