Speed it up, why? 2lbs per week is good and a healthy way to do it. Pills are very bad and cause other problems that you will regret; one you may not have thought of is that rapid weight loss makes your skin hang on you, you look like a prune. Is that what you want? Just take is slow and do it right. What are you in such a big hurry for, don't you want to be healthy and keep it off?

There are no good diet pills just good diets. I have lost 33 pounds in 4 months by doing the weight watchers thing. I didn't join I just looked everything up on the web. Its so easy and you are denied NOTHING...

Its a plan for life not a gimmick that is bound to fail

I don't know about anything that you can by at a local drugstore but I do know alittle about prescription diet pills. If you are a certian amount overweight and can find a doctor that prescribes them then ask about Adipex. They have passed some sort of regulation now that in order to keep being perscribed them that you have to lose a certian amount of weight each week/each month but I assure you that while taking them you will lose it. Of course as with any diet you have to exercise and learn to adjust your diet. Good luck to you. I know firsthand what you are trying to do and how discouraging it can get. Hang in there!

I uncooked feed either one of my puppies. I'm particularly new to uncooked feeding, however had been discovering it for a whilst. When you are speaking approximately by means of-merchandise in dog food, the ones don't seem to be toes, organs, and many others. They are speaking approximately hair (which Patient Paws recounted), feathers (strain-cooked with steam till forming a gel), or even blood-soaked sawdust from a meatpacking flooring. Some business puppy meals additionally include the identical element observed in clay kitty clutter! There is not anything improper with a puppy consuming toes or organs, and even hen backs and neckbones! My puppies occur to LOVE pigs toes. Organs are tremendously wealthy in vitamins and minerals and are honestly very well in your pets.

I tried 100% Hoodia and......
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.

For all you doubters, here is the prior feedback for another Answers user who followed my advice:

**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!

#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!

#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.

#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

2 pounds per week is the best rate at which to lose weight and keep it off. Losing any faster increases your risk of putting the weight back on.

And I wasn't going to necessarily say that diet pills are bad, but I would say that before you take anything consult your doctor.
