It depends upon the nature of the phone call, it can range from a misdemeanor harassment to uttering threats. Get a $10 recorder from radio shack to record the phone calls. If the offending party is know you should be able to obtain an order of protections. Depending upon severity charges could be laid.

What you can do is : set up telephone service in your home that will best suit you......and say bye, bye to harassment calls. Just call up your telephone company and they'll let you know what to do.
