I think that it has alot to do with a persons maturity, not necessarily there age. Some people simply handle life better than others at a younger age. Relationships are complex, and require alot of maturity on both ends, no one can "tell" you when you are ready to start dating, its something you have to decide for yourself. ps Good luck

if u want serious dating, wait till you at least 20. because 15-18 will most likely be, a dead end. and i don't recommend a younger guy either, they do develop a lot slower than females, talking about maturity. so, wait till your 19, 20 + because by then, you know or have an idea of what your goals/ideas are in life, and then u find a guy who will fit in with those. :)
