Energy drinks not only make you hyper, they increase your heartrate and give you nervous jitters. So take it easy on the energy drinks.

YES they are bad for you. They make your heart race and can give you heart palpatations. They make you jumpy and nervous. They are just abd for you and you should avoid them. They are also addictive so do not drink them.
Drink tea instead-- it has a lot of caffeine but its natural caffeine

I think they are...they make your heart beat faster and you won't regret that now if you are young, but when you get older you will regret it for drinking them now....I won't let my kids drink them.
