If you truly don't dream, it means that you are not getting any REM sleep, which is really bad. I suppose if you are getting delta sleep instead, maybe it's ok though.
The only way to tell this is with an EEG. So you really need to see a doctor. If you are not getting REM or delta sleep, you would feel really, seriously horrible. You would be tired all of the time and feel like you are dieing. Are you feeling this bad? In not, then you are probably dreaming and getting REM sleep.
Do you know that we really don't remember our dreams though? You probably are dreaming and just don't remember.

Dreaming and believe it or not, nightmares means that you have entered REM sleep (rapid eye movement) which is excellent sleep. A lot of sleep studies have proved this. Experts say that REM sleep starts approximately 1 and a 1/2 to 2 and half hours after you knock out, unless it was a drug induced sleep. Drug and alcohol induced sleep is only 60-79% effective. And REM may not occur. The experts also say that everyone dreams, but some don't remember them.

As previously mentioned, it's possible that you have dreams but simply do not remember them.
However, it's also possible that you're not getting proper sleep. It's vital that your body go through all of the phases of sleep that make up a sleep cycle. A cycle typically lasts from 60-90 minutes. This can be the beginning of a big problem.
If you wake up feeling exhausted, even after sleeping for 7.5-8 hours, then chances are the quality of your sleep is no good. Likewise if you're depending on drugs to fall and stay asleep.

If you don't remember your dream it could just mean you are comfortable with your life. Dreams are often messages your sub-conciuos is telling you. So don't be worried if you don't remember your dreams. I don't

i get around 8 hours every night and I don t dream or don t remember them anyway. When I wake up im still tired, practically as tired as when I went to sleep and I stay like that. Im always tired unless I have something to take my mind off of it.

Everyone dreams. It is impossible not to dream. If you don't dream then you are not sleeping either.
The reason most people think they don't dream is becasue they don't remember them. This is common. Most people do not remembe their dreams and often just don't remember having them.

Just because you can't remember your dreams does not mean you didn't have them.

everyone dreams, you just might not remember them. you dream in the lighter cycles of sleep - when you are more likely to wake up - as opposed to REM sleep when you're totally deeply alseep. you don't remember your dreams because you are falling into very deep sleep and being woken up right out of that deep sleep. if you were sleeping lighter and were waking more easily, you would remember your dreams more easily cuz they would only have been a few levels under conciousness. hope this makes sense. sorry i don't know the exact terms, but that's the reason you're not remembering your dreams. you don't have any problems.

if you didn't have dreams, you'd be locked in a padded room wearing a straight jacket
if your dreams are irrelevant, your subconscious doesn't send signals to your conscious brain causing you to remember them
