What about Ephesians 2:20 and Amos 3:7?
I believe in living Prophets and Apostles today.

Yes. Christ's church was based on Prophets, Apostles, evangelists, bishops, etc. There is a living Prophet and 12 Apostles in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Any church with any other type of leadership is not Christ's church because God is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Yes I do. Amos 3:7 is a good verse to look up about prophets. It would seem perpostious not to have them since they were around in Christ's time.

I don't know. Yes, certainly people have certain gifts and there may be some prophets out there. You can't be sure either way. Only God knows. But, disciples of Christ are called Apostles. So, in that case, yes, there are apostles. I just don't have any clue about prophets.

Yes, defintely!!!! It is the last days and if there were anytime that we needed these men in these high positions chosen by God Himself, it would be now when evil is becoming stronger and stronger. He is using us just as satan is using his children. And there are also false apostles and false prophets but if somone truly has the spriit of discernment, and of course has been born again, then God will see to it that they know who is false and who isn't. The man that teaches my bible study that I go to had a visitation from Jesus and Jesus placed His hand on his shoulder and told Him what his position and pupose is ( as an apostle.) The Lord led me to Him, by answering a prayer in a miraculous way and in the 3 years I have known Him, he has been true to God's word.

I think there are some people who have the spiritual gift of prophecy (speaking teh words of God to other people) or being an apostle (devoted to the cause of Christ). But the title is rarely used today, and rightly so, I think.
