I want to know some methods for treating very dry/cracked feet. I’ve heard of things where people put something on them, then wear socks and a plastic bag over them or something. But if anyone could give for specific details I would appreciate it.
Oh- I'm not the one with this problem. Easy is good. I'm wanting to do a whole foot-spa thing for someone this evening. Thanks!

Slather vaseline all over the feet, and then put thick socks on. Then go to sleep. when you wake up, your feet will be nice and soft. Temporarily. You have to do this consistently to get real effects.

Personally, I can't stand to sleep in socks, and hated the vaseline on my feet. I use the hemp body cream from the body shop on my feet before i put my shoes and socks on. It helps some.

The body shop has great peppermint foot products. For very dry feet use the intensive foot rescue, and moisturizing socks. Be sure to exfoliate so the skin takes moisture better.

You can buy body shop products in their stores or at

After a good soaking, slather Eucerin cream all over them and put on cotton socks. Keep the socks on over night. You will have baby soft feet in a few days!
