You need to rethink this. a) You're going to put the weight right back on, and b) you're likely to get a botched surgery if you have no money or time to find the right doctor.
I'm not opposed to plastic surgery, but you have to do it for the right reasons and in the right way.
Get your body in shape and build the habits to keep yourself looking good.
If you do that first, you can easily make $10,000 in one month as a sex worker (nude model, porn star, stripper, or prostitute) and your plastic surgery bill will be greatly lowered to boot.

$10,000 is not enough and there is no possible way you could earn it within 10 months.
And most places won't let a minor get anything without parents signing it.
And oh- you probably shouldn't waste your money on it because you might end up ugly. Sorry I had to say it.

Do what makes you happy. You can get a free consultation with a surgeon in your area to get information... Also, if it is affection your health (stitches) and it would help then it would be a good thing
