You can use canned food as weights and do arm lifts and rolls to work on your arms. Also, just doing jumping jacks and pushing your weight off a wall with your arms would help. And just reaching to the back front asides and above your head to music will help. You don't need a lot of equipment. Just motivation. good luck.

Pull-ups using both inward and outward grips, push-ups, bench dips, and hand-stand shoulder presses. You can also buy a cheap pair of 10-15lb dumbells with your lunch money/birthday money/ christmas money...very inexpensive.
