I went to a halloween party a few weeks ago and my bf and i love eachother and he was dared to kiss me and sed "that was cool" out loud to everyone and apologized later for saying that and ever since then ive been trying to get him to kiss me for reals but it never seems to work out..
i even hosted a party with friends and movies and it was really fun but he didnt even do it then and im getting so frustrated i want another kiss!!!
should i TELL him?
should i have my FRIENDs tell him?

Wait, how old are you?? If you're under 16 I'd say you need to cool down a bit! haha! Relax! There's nothing worse than a nagging girl, REMEMBER THAT! You don't want to turn into one of those "wha-wha-wha wha wha-wha wha" women!
If you're of age, then tell him straight up, " If you won't kiss me, someone else will! Crap or get off the toilet!"

I'm sorry but what that person said isn't true. Some people have it re-accuring (spelling?) (like I have it ) and it actually could come back. But it typically has months inbetween spurts of it. But I think kissing him should be okay especially since you just had it. and you're over (please pick me best answer)

It's your responsibility now and if he responds badly to your kiss that probably means you guys have some issues to work out. Chances are, you'll both be pleasantly surprised.
Or, it might be that you're a bad kisser.

if your boyfriend won't kiss you, then he's not really a boyfriend, or he was drunk at the party at the time. ask him why he wouldn't kiss you.

if he wont kiss you there's obviously a problem. dont get your friends involved, that's childish. talk to him, one on one. tell him you're serious and its reallly bothering you. if he doesnt want to kiss you, you shouldnt be together..
