not if it was a big weight gain.

Depends on how the weight is lost. My sister in law was really fat going into highschool. She didn't want to be fat in high school so she went on a crash lettuce and water diet. Lost about 50 lbs and looked like 10 lbs of crap in a 50 lb bag. Titties hung like hot dogs. Now if you just diet by cutting calories and add some excersise, the skin will lose as the weight goes and yes, you can look the same as if you had never been fat.

If you lose weight too quickly you may have loose skin which a skinny person wouldn't have. Gaining weight causes stretch marks which most skinny people don't have. (Most, not all, I actually know of one skinny person who got stretch marks from gaining height rapidly.)
If you exercise and lose weight at a reasonable rate you should look very good.

Yes. I think so. Many many times even, and surprisingly even better than that.
If a person has a rounder face, they can get really pretty through the years, as some of the fat deposits that were too much for the face to begin with are lost.
But don't do it to many times around! Please I know that from experience.
It may seem like a little thing now, but it can turn very dangerous, as it stretches out the vascular system, and that supports you're whole body!
Whatever you do, do it nutritionally and slowly. Not more than approximately 2 pounds a week. But you can double that easily safely with light exercises like walking.
Never just to fit into that dress for that occasion! You will have you're body for the rest of you're life. That dress is just material.
Stay healthy, and be happy. Don't worry about anyone else, please yourself.

No because when you gain weight your skin has to stretch to accomodate the weight you gain you can firm some of the skin up by lifting weights but not all

Depends how much weight and over how much time. I'm sure you've seen those shows where people lose like 200 pounds and then are left with huge slabs of leftover skin.
I think I can find you a video....

It's very graphic. She undergoes an operation where a large part of her stomach is removed.

I think your face might look different. I was fat and had a fat face, and once I lost the weight I noticed creases from where my poor face muscles had to hold up heavy cheeks.

No, your body can create fat cells when it needs them, but getting rid of them is a lot slower process, so you would still have some extra fat cells that would distort your natural shape.
