then the answer "the match" would make sense.

lets see.......first I'll find the light switch, then get out the box of matches, and light the grill cause I'm really hungry... a couple of steaks sounds good,with a baked potato, and corn on the cob. Next I'll light the gas lamp and take it outside and sit on the porch and stare out at the ocean waves roaring in.

I think match is all WRONG but no offence taken. I think the CORRECT ANSWER SHOULD BE the firewood because there is NO MATCH! If there was any match the answer would definitely be match!

When you said that ' see you fire wood...' implies that the match stick has been lit already, since it was dark before as nothing could be seen.So my prefence Gas lamp to be lit first !!! Think about it !
