No not neccessary. I know some great looking young women who are 5 ft 5 or less at 135.
It's acccording to bone structure, build, and shape.

It depends on your bone structure. Are you a small, petitte bone structure? Or a large boned person? Is your weight mostly fat or muscle (do you get exercise?), this is your body fat level.
I would say, given your age, not to worry. Get exercise daily, eat healthy, no fatty foods, sodas or junk. Drink water.

No!!! I am 5'3 and my ideal weight according to the medical charts covers that range. She is,of course, a lot younger but she is also taller. She is fine.

dont always listen to doctors they go by a chart for everyone. what you should do is look at family members blood related. i mean if everyone is about the same then you'll be normal for your family.
