This is my first speeding ticket. I am a minor. I was going 67 in a 50 zone. How much should I expect my ticket to be if I plead guilty, no contest. I plan to go to traffic school so that my insurance won't be affected, but I need to pay for my ticket... about how much is it going to be?

Out of experience I would suggest trying to get out of the ticket. I bought a guide to beating speeding tickets that actually worked for $30. The only reason I bought the guide is because it was 100% guaranteed. It ended up working and being a lot cheaper than paying the ticket and having my insurance rates go up. Here is the link to the guide http://9a7b5c3d1.noticket.hop.clickbank.net

Ok its a good thing you can go to traffic school. Unfortunetly I have gotten 3 tickets since traffic school so i am no longer allowed to attend untill the year completes from my first ticket. Your ticket should be close to 200 dollars. Just call the courthouse and get the affadavit for traffic school. Take the online course its easy. Buy a radar detector

If I were you I would just go into the courthouse with cash and they will most likely give you a discount. Not too sure about the State of Cali.'s laws, but OR no longer cuts very much slack for first time violations. Pleading before the judge will end up costing you even more money.

That depends on the state or city you are in. You might consider pleading not guilty. You would be surprised how many tickets are thrown out or dismissed, simply because the ticketing officer doesn't show up.

First. Get a lawyer. Don't plead to anything. Let the lawyer advise you on how to plead. I've never gone to traffic court without counsel and my outcomes have always been better (even with the lawyers fees) than my friends have had, even with similar tickets.

well the ticket might be around 100 dollars if you defensive driving 10 dollars go to the capital for your driving record and if you take it in person or at home on your computer between 25 to 40 dollars. you plead guilty about $150 and judification probation about $190

Probably about $75. Traffic school won't stop the fine. It will only keep it from going on your driving record. If you don't go, then it might up your insurance rates. And it stays on your driving record for a minimum of 2 years.

It depends on the state. Look into your options before pleading no contest right away.
