I'm a 17 year old in high school (male), and I'm in love with my best friend. She's the smartest, most beautiful person I've ever met, and i just can't get her off my mind. Just thinking about her makes me smile. I've tried to tell her how I feel, though not outright. You know, I've hinted at it and said things that a friend probably doesn't say to a friend, but she's oblivious to how i feel about her. For God's sake, my parents know that I love her just because of how I act with her... I just don't see how she doesn't. I mean come on, when's the last time you spent 5 hours talking with a friend, telling her things you've never told anyone before? And when's the last time she did the same back to you? When's the last time you told your friend your deepest fears and dreams; the last time you talked with a friend as though you were emptying your soul to an angel? I don't know anymore... What would you do if you were me?

wat makes you think she's oblivious to your feelings? there's a rhyme that ive heard of n i think its reali true:
a girl and a guy can just be friends, but at one point or another one will fall for the other...maybe at the wrong time...maybe too late...or maybe forever....
i hope she feels the same bout you
wat did she say back when you were "hinting"? im in the same kind of situation but he's the one that always brings up the "things that you wouldnt normally say to a friend" except that he says it in what appears to be a joking manner which is what has confused me.....just let her know that ur serious when u say such things so that you're not sending mixed signals

Make this Christmas special between you too. Give her something that she would love you for as a Christmas gift, then tell her what you feel about her on Christmas Eve or the day after.

Just tell her how u feel about her and see if she feels the same way. If she does then start goin out with each other who knows yaw could be made for one another.
