What is the fuel mileage on a 1976 Chevy Corvette Stingray?

Our Corvette Price Guide places an AVERAGE 1976 Corvette at $9,000 and the HIGH is $14,500. This of course is dependent on condition and options, which you really didn't mention. Low miles makes me believe it is in better than average condition. Also, if has an L82 engine instead of the base L48, it will be worth more.

Additionally, our appreciation factor for the 76 Corvette model year is 3%.

Cars like that won't have book values. Check EBAY or hemmings motor news, or check with a local corvette sales or service place for approximate value....74-82 vettes are the least desirable.

With such a low mileage, you may want to go to specialty car sites, as such a car would be worth much more than Kelly blue book shows.
A friend of mine who had a 1964 Corvette, with the spare still having the rubber nipples intact and the car having a mileage similar to yours, 10 years ago sold it privately for $21,000.
I have seen some considerably higher just recently. Your car could be as valuable as $250K. Certainly worth checking into very carefully.
