Neona gives good advice. In addition I would offer that the topic (if not provided) be based or related to your our experience giving it a true sense of personality. Also, when using other sources of reference always refer to them in a positive sense and present your observations or conclusions in objective terms.

No one likes to hear their own beliefs attacked so if you disagree with any reference cited in your essay be certain to provide solid support for your position.

Good luck.

Try writing your essay out on practise paper or on the computer first. Make sure you have no misspelled words, no abbreviations and no sentence fragments.

Read the essay out loud, how does it flow?

Let someone else read it, what do they think of it?

As for topic help, did they give you a question like "Why do you want to be in the highschool medical academy"? If so give them an honest answer. Practise it on scrap paper first to see if you like the way it comes out on paper.
