Liver disease may be due to Hepatitis B or Hepatitis C which may be connected with STDs.
Hepatitis B. Note that Hepatitis A and Hepatitis E are transmitted via the fæcal-oral route, not sexually; Hepatitis C is rarely sexually transmittable, and the route of transmission of Hepatitis D is uncertain, but may include sexual transmission.
Please see the webpages for more details on Hepatitis, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C and STDs.

No, menstruation has nothing to do with liver disease. Problems with the liver can be caused by infections or too much alcohol consumption.

I have never heard of such a connection. I highly doubt there is one. You can check online medical websites, as well. e.g. www.webmd.com

No. Menstruation is a natural thing, and it can't do anything to hurt you.
