This is a question you should really be asking your doctor. However, all beer, including nonalcoholic beer, is contraindicated for INH, which means you should really avoid it altogether. Why risk it, just for a few crappy nonalcoholic beers a week?

I'm NOT an expert on the subject like the previous poster. However, I believe that there are lots of foods that contain alcohol in miniscule amounts. Things like freshly baked bread, for example. Alcohol is a naturally occuring substance that appears in things that don't make us drunk.

I don't think non-alcoholic beer contains alcohol in any greater amounts that...say...FRUIT. It may not be good for you, but it's not likely to harm your liver any more than a lot of other things you eat every day.
