Actually 135 sounds like a good weight for 5'4. 115 would be way too thin. If your uncomfortable with yourself try some different eating habits and toning exercises. They do say if you eat a good breakfast it helps you lose weight. Also eating more smaller meals in a days time will help keep your stomach smaller and fuller so you don't have to worry about getting hungry. Try some toning exercises such as sit ups, push ups, cardio pumping walks and such. Good luck.

115 pounds sounds like a very reasonable weight for your height. Be sure to eat 3 meals a day and a high protein snack mid morning, mid afternoon and before you hop into bed to help keep your blood sugar more level and your metabolism up. You mention only having coffee for breakfast and you do need to eat something for breakfast to help kick start your metabolism and give you some energy. Skipping meals is never a good idea. Any kind of excercise is fine. You can try dancing to CD's in your room, jumping rope, riding a bike or anything the will help you burn up the calories.

I did twenty years with the Marine Corps, and pushed recruits for three years. You'd have been amazed at what crossed through our gates. No, it's not too much to ask. Your current diet in a word, sucks! (like I have room to talk!) The trick is to burn more calories than you're taking in. If you want to avoid excessively strenuous excerise, then I suggest you get a membership at a pool. Swimming is GREAT excersie, you'd be amazed at the muscles you never knew you had. Walking for 25 minutes a day is a good start as well. Avoid caffeine, anything with sugar (especially high fructose corn syrup), processed foods and instead, try fruits. Start by getting a good physical exam by your doctor and ask for his or her advice. Best of luck, and don't be too afraid to sweat once in a while, it clears the pores and the mind.

First what you should do is try and eat a breakfast with a lot a fiber. And drink lots and lots of water throughout the day. Also do at least a half hour of cardio a day. But if that seems to much try the 1500 calorie diet. Basically eat only 1500 calories a day and do an hour of cardio a week. hopefully that helps

Exercise, exercise, exercise. You need to do 30 to 60 min of cardio, 4 days minimum per week plus 3 days of strength training... the more lean muscle the more calories burned.
