I have two siblings that are older than me and I also have a twin sister and I'm 5 minutes older than her and we are the last ones.so am I still considered the youngest?

your twins and both were born pretty much together and you are the last children born so I would say yes that you too would be cocnsidered youngest

You said that you are about 5 minutes older than your twin so obviously you are not the youngest, your twin is the youngest.
