Fact is,this happens to everyone that loses that much weight.Scientists heave concluded that due to the fact that skin is really not that resilient you may in fact have to deal with the "extra skin".That's the specific reason surgeons offer surgical procedures for this.
Doing extra abdominal work "may" reap some benefits but you really are stuck with this. It's possible some of the effect may decrease over time but you did lose quite a bit of weight.
Drinking water will do absolutely nothing to remedy this problem while there is the slightest possibility consuming more protein could have a positive impact.Your skin is comprised mostly of keratin and collagen proteins so this could have a positive effect though doubtful.Only time will tell as every ones skin has a different level of resiliency.
If you're going to use a lotion make sure it's plant based and not lanolin.Lanolin is the biggest scam in the skin care industry.Your skin can only absorb vegetable lipids and not animal lipids.Animal lipids and petroleum products are only good for protecting the skin from moisture loss and damage from cold or wind. The same goes for mineral oil.

I too have lost a lot of weight and dealt with the skin problem. It sounds like it really isn't that bad but at your age I can understand why it bothers you. Make sure you use lotion on your skin every day. This will help keep your skin moist and help it get its shape back. You are young so you have that going for you- your body will bounce back quicker. I think by the time spring gets here you will be OK. Not like your gonna be wearing a bikini in the middle of winter :-) so enjoy the recovery time and get ready to show off in the spring.

I too am having the same issue mine is due to the birth of my second baby. I lost the weight right away but have the loose wrinkly skin. The DR told me all it will take is time, and to use lotion. I try to use stuff that has vitamins and things that say help with skin elasticty. I rub it in twice a day...hopefully time will improve it!

It sounds like you lost too much weight far too quickly...and you're only 15?!
Just do exercises to tone your stomach. It might take a while. You just lost weight quickly and your skin may be sagging a wee bit.
