That is basically my disorder, emotionally disturbed I guess. I'm sorry for your suffering with this. One bit of advice that I can give you is to try every other option out there available before trusting these doctors to prescribe you these toxic antidepressants. If you feel that you need medical attention, then most definately go to the doc and explain how you feel, if it's that bad. But please do a lot of research if you do decide to try meds. I have struggled with this, and extreme anxiety for years now and have taken so many horrible doctor prescribed drugs. I hope you will keep us posted on how you are doing. I care because I've been there, I truly have. Please take care and always try and find friends and family members that you can trust to tell your problems to. It's important for you to not close up your emotions or to ignore them. Feel free to email me if you need to vent out just what it is that is bothering you. I'd love to help in any way that I can.

With no detail whatsoever, I can't really help... Do you want help on feeling better, expressing these feelings, what? I'll try my best at both.
To feel better about something, I usually talk to my friends. They sympathise for a while and then somehow we end up laughing like maniacs by the end of the conversation. They always know how to get me to smile.
To express your feelings, I'd suggest some form of art. If you want to vent of steam, try exercising or something. It usually works.

aww im sorry to hear that ! why don't you go out and try to have funn or do something you really enjoy. also try expressing your feelings through the arts or something else you love.

i advise you to eat some comfort food like chocolate :) always makes me feel better

have a hot bath ang relax. It's okay to cry..but not for too long. don't worry......be happy......
