If you're a born-again Christian...it's wrong. I struggled with it on and off for years until I listened to what God was trying to tell me. I was single and thought I had needs..so I would "pleasure" myself...when in actuality, I lacked self-control and had a major problem with lust. Before becoming a Christian I was VERY promiscuous and when I became born-again I used masturbation as a substitute for sleeping around. During the act I still had fantasies running thru my mind...so I might as well had've gone out and slept with someone. The truth of the matter is that something was missing from my life. The voids in my heart didn't need to be filled by masturbation or some dude...but Christ and once I turned it over to Him I regained my freedom...I still struggled every now and then..but God picked me up when I fell. And believe me...getting married doesn't ALWAYS change it...because it can be an addiction and heart issue that only God can fix.
Hope this helps! :)

Masturbation is very normal and healthy. Science has shown that if you masturbate before doing a crime you will not do the crime. Also as for prostrate cancer that is not true. Most people with prostrate cancer it is in there family some where or other factors. So yes masturbate and help someone ales.

It's masturbation. Studies have shown that, since sperm must be fresh in order to be the most efficient, masturbation serves the purpose of replacing old sperm with new, therefore better insuring the only biological purpose for our existence, which is to pass on our DNA.
For women, I suppose it's more a question of having safe fun....I have always wondered, how can something so completely common to everyone be immoral? Whom does it hurt?

I think it's normal and healthy. I think people that tell you (organzied religions- those are the only people I've ever heard say it's wrong.) it's sinful and wrong are just looking for another way to make you feel guilty.
