Talk to your mom and see a doctor as soon as possible. What you are describing is classic anorexia. This can be extremely serious if untreated and can even cause early death. By not eating for a whole week your body is breaking down muscle. You could go into heart failure if you don't start eating.
I'm not trying to scare you but need for you to know how serious this can be.
Here's a site that you can read. It has all the information you need....

Dear Friend,
You would seem to be the one who knows you best. If you are asking us this question, I am thinking that you have already prepared yourself for the answer that you expect.
The first step in curing any issue that you may come across is to admit it. You have taken the first step and I commend you. There are just a few more steps that you must take and that might require much family support and flexibility on your part.
You can take the next step only if you are ready. No one can help you unless you are willing to help yourself. It takes a lot of courage to talk about it, but it will take dedication to pull yourself out of this condition. Yes. It is a condition. It is not you. It is something that has caused you to be someone you are not. I wish you well and I hope that this will go away and never come back.
Remember that nothing is more important to you than a happy life, good mental health, and an understanding group of friends and family. It seems like you have that. Share your thoughts with them. Let them share some of your pain and it will lesson the reason for you to do extreme things. Be well.

I'm no doctor but I'll tell you what i know from experience..... I went a week or so with out really eating anything solid , mostly coffee and energy drinks and working out everyday. I guess all the acid in my stomach started to eat itself away and i got what is called a peptic ulcer..... which then it hurt to try to eat anything and on top of the knife stabbing pain and the "runs" , it really sucked! So once i could eat again i decided not to do that to myself again..... Im eating smaller portions of food, eat when im hungry stop when im not! It's not that you have a problem with food, it's just that you need to learn how to control it. If you don't eat at all it affects not just your stomach but your brain needs the carbs to run properly!! Eat what you love but don't overdo.... exercising is great and if you can keep up with it and a healthy diet you'll be in great shape in no time!

This is not healthy. Your body needs food to function, otherwise one of these days you'll be too weak to exercise anymore. Eat! Stop starving yourself! I can understand something like not having eaten in a day, but a week is far too much. I can't even miss a meal, so how you missed a week is beyond me... but that's not the point. You need to get some food in you so your body can function. Exercise is fine, as long as you do it in moderation. Don't overwork yourself, especially with so little nutrition in you.

When I exercise, it reduces my appetite. But are you not eating intensionally, are you starving, then its not good at all. Some times I don't feel like eating a regular meal, but I can just love on fruits and juices. If you don't want to eat a lot eat a small portion of a delicious meal, some thing that you really enjoy eating.

Yes, I do. Please ask yourself if you know anyone else who acts this way. My opinion is that you are hurting your health and you have to cast out of your mind whatever these "tough times" are. Your are subconsciously punishing yourself. Knock it off before something serious happens to you that can't be undone. Start enjoying the everyday things in life--sunshine, fresh air, a walk, a bike ride, talking to and having fellowship with your family and friends. It's the simple things in life that are the best. Don't believe all this bull hockey you see on TV or read in magazines. It is not real.

yes of course you have an eating problem. i had anerexia for a long time...and im only 16.... you just gotta learn to eat, and exercise...thats fine, but do it in moderation. actually start to love food. don't starve yourself. you think you can suddenly eat if you want, but you can go to far when even when you want to eat, you can't. i can't have children now, and i now am extremely week 24-7 even after i have overcome this challenge. eat...exercise, and have some fun... it will help. but don't forget to eat. your body needs food...

That doesn't sound healthy and its not. You do have a problem, I think, and you should seek counseling from a Psychologist for eating disorders. Please eat at least twice a day and exercise not as much and have peace in your life. Take care.
