The car just will not start. The battery and started have been changed. The electrical components have been checked and everything is okay. Anyone have any ideas of what could be wrong with the car???

You probably did not have the battery and starter changed at a dealership. Most probably, something was done that affected either the BCP (body control module) or PCM (power control module). Those are computers that can be affected by improperly doing electrical work on a vehicle.
