Absolutely not! Any breed, at any age, can be trained. Unfortunately, you'll be working to break some bad habits that earlier training would have avoided -- but training your dog shows you care! Train away!

The old saying, you can't teach an old dog new tricks, is bull. I had a Doberman that was twelve years old and was tought how to crawl to me. So no your doberman is not to old to go to obedience trainning.
I have a female Doberman now and If you are in the Missouri area I'm looking for a male Dob to breed her with.

No it's not too late, but it will take more time than usual, but if ur firm and mean wht u say when u give certain commands, (without giving in), then he'll learn. All the best

no. a dog is never to old to learn something new.
petco has classes that you and your dog can take..
