What would you do If you had super powers and could do anything?

I'd take away all illness and disability forever and poverty. I'd make everything new and beautiful but keep some buildings as historical ones. And wish everyone wealthy and healthy and beautiful inside and out. and of course have Peace everywhere forever

First: BRING OUR TROOPS HOME TO THEIR FAMILY'S
Then help with all diseases.
Help with sick peoples mind like with what’s going on with our young children
Make the poor rich and the rich poor, there is so much to do, and I would love to be the one to do it.

I'd cure stupidity - that seems to be a major crisis in the world.

Then again, maybe I'd introduce more diseases - we seem pretty good at stopping natural selection already. If people with diseases die young enough, they don't breed and the disease stops with them (non-pathogen diseases, anyway).
