Of course not.....Thats why we need a comprehensive immigration bill.....It will allow these people to get legal and stop being treated like criminals, especially when they didn't have any say when coming here....

Its the law. Just because you get comfy or are here by someone else's decision does not mean he's an exception. We have laws for a reason. It is suppose to bring us law and order.
I wish people would stop treating the USA like it is an all you can eat buffet. If I wanted to live in England I would have to follow the proper procedures. If I wanted to live in France, I would have to follow their procedures and learn to speak French.
Yes we are the land of the free but I still feel people should follow our laws and our customs, including our language.
There are thousands upon thousands of immigrants that come over here legally. They fill out the correct paperwork and they become naturalized citizens.
Being an American is more than just living in America. It is showing pride for your country, following its laws, and living its customs, not just enjoying the freedom that it brings.

Somehow I was under the impression that even if your parents are illegals, if you are born here and over the age of 18 you are legally a citizen? I could be mistaken.
I am for the deportation of all illegals.

I actually work with a guy whose parents came here LEGALLY and bought him along. He was 4 years old. He had to go through the legal process and he has been here 17 years and is soon to be 'naturalized', gets his citizenship. He is against illegal immigration 100%. He had to get his citizenship the legal way and it's not fair to people like him, for others to sneak across our borders and think they can get amnesty.
If your parents came here illegally, you should ALL be deported. If they are legal they can sponsor YOU.

If you came to this country illegally or were born in this country of illegal parent(s). You are a citizen of the country you came from or where you parents came from. It's called dual citizenship. I'm not sure why people think they can pick and choose what laws they will follow and what they won't. Do the crime face what follows. Some get away and some don't. It is a sad situation people chose to put themselves in.

1.) If a pregnant mother came to the U.S. and gave birth to her child in this country...the mothers citizenship status does not matter. That child was born in the states and is a U.S. Citizen. That child will be given a Birth Certificate from the State Dept. Of Health and will also receive a Social Security Card. There are currently no Laws in place reguarding Anchor Babies. Once again, as long as the child was born in this country...it is a U.S. Citizen!

The sins of the parents ARE visited upon their children. Asi es la vida. Is it right? Probably not, but then life's not fair and we live in an imperfect world. Are you so naive that you haven't tumbled to that fact yet? Listen to the Eagle's song, "Get Over It."

I don't care who it is. Deport him. Deport her. Deport them all.
What if you came here legally. What if it took 22 years for you to get a visa to bring another member of your family here? What if illegal aliens all got amnesty while your family members waited 22 years? What if none of your family members were allowed to visit you during their 22 year wait because they are the subject of a visa petition? Hmmmmm? What about it?
Think about that.
