It depends on the person. Some have one major source of temptation in their lives, others several. It is as unique as the Christian. There is no "one temptation fits all" temptation.

We fall into temptation through three general ways: The lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh, and the pride of life. (I John 2:16)

The biggest temptation for modern Christians is Science. It lures people in with intellegence and reasoning. We all know that fear of burning in hell is what keeps the Christian faith pure. I think we should replace all science books with Bibles and see if it makes the world a better place.

The biggest temptation for modern christians of today and the whole entire world's population is sexually immorality. Pornography, unclean thoughts, and unclean language.

Lust, the flesh, in 1917 when the Mother of Jesus appeared on earth She announced to the world back then that most people go to hell because of sins of the flesh...and that was in 1917, imagine how bad it is now!

That's hard. I think it's different for different people. For me, it's just doing wrong in general. It would be so easy just to do whatever, without worrying about doing right. But I know that God WANTS me to do right, and I want to please Him. Keeping that in mind, obeying isn't as hard as it could be.

Sorry if I couldn't give anything definite. I'm tempted by so many things!
