My mother's father who is a U.S citizen will soon be filing for my mother and us (her kids). My question is I would like an estimate to how much would an immigration attorney charge for assitance with this type of service? Also if anyone can provide me with contacts with immirgation lawyers in Canada, Toronto to be exact who specialize in family based petitions that would be great thanks!

It will cost you about $300/hr. (That's US Dollars.) You can expect a bill to be anywhere from $1500 to $30,000 for the attorney. As for where to find one in your area, I'm sorry but I don't know. However, call ANY lawyer in the phone book and ask for a referral. They can tell you where the imigration lawyers are.

No, it is forbidden except there's a dire threat of the guy committing a violent crime. occasion - somebody is going to a criminal expert approximately some crime or yet another .. and whilst there says that they are going to kill somebody. to that end a criminal expert can talk.
