Why does it matter? Jesus was a Jew he was olive/tan in color when he walked the Earth. so what? He is a spirit spirit has no color.Did you ever watch the movie The Passion of The Christ? It was filmed in the Holy Land and the actors are all Jews and they spoke Jewish as well as Roman. If you have never seen the movie then rent it and answer your own question. But I still don't see what his skin color has to do with it!

Jesus came from the middle east so I very much doubt He was white as we See white. I'm sure He looked more like the people from that part of the world. Does it really matter what color He is ? He still gave His life for us all.

The Bible never gives any physical description of Christ. The closest thing we get to a description is in Isaiah 53:2b, “He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to Him, nothing in His appearance that we should desire Him.” All this tells us is that Jesus’ appearance was just like any other man's – He was ordinary-looking. Most of the images we have of Jesus are probably very inaccurate. Jesus was a Jew, so He likely had very tan skin, dark eyes, and dark hair

This comes from the old testament before Jesus even came to earth....He was from Jewish Decent, so I would say He looked Jewish..

"He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to Him, nothing in His appearance that we should desire Him. He was despised and rejected by men, a man of sorrows, and familiar with suffering. Like one from whom men hide their faces He was despised, and we esteemed Him not. Surely He took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows, yet we considered Him stricken by God, smitten by Him, and afflicted. But He was pierced for our transgressions [see How Did Jesus Christ Die?], He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon Him, and by His wounds we are healed." (Isaiah 53:2-5)

Since he lived in modern Israel 2000 years ago he would have had an olive complexion which fit's under the genre of caucasian or middle eastern. But who cares?

He probably had an olive complexion. As a reminder- Judaism is a religion, not a race-. I am Sephardi Jew and I am white, Mediterranean looking. You can find black Jewish people in Ethiopia.

I can't prove either way...I do believe He was a dark-skinned man. I don't care what color or race God chose Him to be, I am just so thankful that He died for all my sins and saved me from an eternity in Hell. Blessings!

His description states Christ (pbuh)! was short in stature with bronze skin (middle eastern complexion) he had woolly hair, now do you know of any white man with woolly hair he and for final proof look at the area of which Christ pbuh! fled to for his safety it was an area of the colored race now can you imagine a tall white stringy haired man with BLUE EYES blending in with these people of color of short stature , now think about it
you know they have been able to get away with this and they cannot find Prophet Jesus (pbuh) stating one time he is God! also now who shall correct this fallacy and lie!
why hasn't it been addressed and corrected!
show me one Prophet in the bible whom was of white color. Ive tried and could not find ONE - really!
