how do you say;where is he from? this kid is from Lima, Peru and i don't know how to say he's from there! and how do u say that he has a dog?

Where is he from?
El es de Lima, Perú.
or
Es de Lima, Perú.

It is not necessary to use the pronoun "él" (he).

He has a dog:
El tiene un perro.
or
Tiene un perro.

El nin~o es de Lima, Peru

Where's he from? >>> ¿De dónde es él?
This kid is from Lima, Peru >>> Ese chico es de Lima, Perú.

*You could also use: Ese chico es limeño (This kid is from Lima) or Ese chico es peruano (This kid is Peruvian)

He has a dog >>> El tiene un perro
