i have alot of muscle but since i havnt really lifted or ran in a long time ive gotten really soft. I'll probably be getting back in the gym this week but i have been really busy. I hate my legs with a passion though, and I find myself so unhappy with my lower half. Is 115 a good weight for a 5 foot tall 15 year old, though?

With all the crap going on in the world... you are worried about a few pounds. Give me a break. If nobody else is complaining, you shouldn't.

Look you already look really good quit worrying about your weight becuz very soon you are going to hit that stage of annerexy! Also muscles weigh more than your body fat so don't worry about you being fat! And yea that is really good if your 115 lbs. at 15 years of age! :) And you know what I think I'm fat to but I'm just like you so don't worry about your weight so much! Becuz your not fat!

As long as you are active and feel healthy, I see nothing wrong with that weight. Of course, our culture would say drop 15 pounds, but cultural norms don't always have our best interests at heart. When you get back in shape, you'll probably start feeling like your old self again.

I'd gladly trade with you, but I don't think you want to know what I weigh. :) (Think cruise liner! lol)

It sounds perfect. I too am 5 feet tall and I weigh about the same. Any less and you'd be skeletal.

Yes. Your weight is proportionate to your height and try not to go over 120 and you could keep within your BMI range.

yes. Your BMI (Body Mass Index)[weight(pounds)/height(inches)squared] *703 would be 22.45. If you were overweight you would have BMI of 25 or higher so i think you are fine.
