don't tell him...get a friend too. just tell you friend to be like...." i know someone who likes you! " and when they ask who...they will be like..." (your name)" that way...things can get rolling and in no time, you will have a new bf. guys are *******, and once they know a chick likes them, they will start to like yuo back and realize your awsome...which you are..cus everygirl is...

Ok, I've said this before but that's OK...I'll say it again. You DON'T tell someone that you like them upfront like that. It put them really on the spot and is very likely going to make them and you very uncomfortable. Just invite them to hang out with you, go see a movie with you, something simple like that. They will know you sort of like them if you do that and it won't leave you or them so vulnerable to an awkward situation.

get him alone and just tell him in the calmest way possible
i neva reccomend tell them in a note. can go horribly wrong!!!!

go to the jewelry shop pick out two rings that are friendship matching rings and then have him come in with you to pick them up and see if it fits him
