I don't know if you are in the US or not, but while looking for information that might help you with your agoraphobia I came across this address and toll free number.
It apparently helps people with all kinds of disabilities. Maybe they can help you. I hope they can. I know what panic disorders can do to a person from personal experience.

I've had agoraphobia and panic disorder going on 7 years.. I'm now doing a behavior Modification program with a psychotherapist.. it's helped me largely and i can now work in almost any store.

Best places i've found to work while heavily under the agoraphobia is working in a small retail store that doesn't get to much traffic... styaing home isn't going to help. the more you get out the better you get.

Having read indepth your question, I am sure that you suffer from "agoraphobia", the greek word for "fear of open markets".

You should really see a psychiatrist for evaluation and therapy. If behavior modification, bio-feedback, hypnosis, reality therapty and taking you out into open spaces for short period of time an increasing the time in open spaces fails, then the psychiatrist, should put you on,. "Aprazolam", also known as "Tafil", "Xaxax", depending in what country you reside. Usual dosage if all therapy fails, is 1mg. BID. (BID means X 2 per day). You can expect to be on "Aprazolam", for life so your psychiatrist should have you attend a group therapy class where you will have indepth understaind of the medication and that is habit forming.

You should not attempt to drive any vehicle until your system adjust to this drug, as you may fall asleep. After a period of times when your system adjust, you can start to drive a car.

This is the only anti-anxiety medication that will really work very well for people with agoraphobia and chronic panic attacks.

Don't know if this pays well, but alot of animal shelters and rescues need people to network for them to find transports and good rescue contacts..if you like animals, call your local shelter and see what you can do

Writing medical transcripts from home is a well paid career choice. If you can type there are avenues for you.
